In short: Sayrecap records and processes meeting audio primarily on your device. Meeting audio is not sent to Sayrecap's AI endpoint. Relevant text is sent only when you invoke a cloud AI feature or enable a feature that needs cloud AI.
1. Data flows
The table describes the behavior implemented in the current app. “Not defined” means the app does not set or control a remote retention period.

2. Permissions
Microphone and Speech Recognition access are used for recording and transcription. Calendar access is optional. The app requests full calendar access when you connect it, but the current user flow reads upcoming events for the next 24 hours locally. The code contains a calendar write capability, but no active call site was identified in the current app flow.
3. Cloud AI and third parties
Sayrecap Cloud processes the text needed to answer your request through OpenAI-compatible models. Advanced Bring Your Own Key settings may send that text directly to OpenAI or Anthropic. Those services, TelemetryDeck, and Apple act under their own terms. Sayrecap does not send meeting audio to the cloud AI endpoint.
4. Sharing and exports
Exports and shares occur when you select those actions. Data shared with another app, person, or service is then governed by that recipient's practices.
5. Retention and deletion
Delete a meeting to remove its saved meeting data and audio from the device. Delete your Voice ID profile in Settings. Deleting Sayrecap removes data stored in its local app container. The app does not define retention periods for data handled by cloud processors; their terms apply. For a privacy request, email support@sayrecap.com.
6. Your choices
You may deny or revoke permissions in iOS Settings, avoid cloud AI features, select a supported AI provider, and delete local data.
7. Children
Sayrecap is rated for users aged 4 and older. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the data needed to provide user-invoked features. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's data.
8. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.

Коротко: Sayrecap записывает и обрабатывает аудио встреч преимущественно на устройстве. Аудио встречи не отправляется на ИИ-эндпоинт Sayrecap. Нужный текст передаётся, только когда вы вызываете облачную ИИ-функцию или включаете функцию, которой требуется облачный ИИ.

2. Разрешения
Доступ к микрофону и распознаванию речи нужен для записи и расшифровки. Календарь необязателен. При подключении приложение запрашивает полный доступ к календарю, но текущий пользовательский поток локально читает ближайшие события на 24 часа. В коде есть возможность записи в календарь, однако активного места её вызова в текущем потоке не найдено.
3. Облачный ИИ и третьи стороны
Sayrecap Cloud обрабатывает необходимый для запроса текст через OpenAI-совместимые модели. При расширенной настройке Bring Your Own Key текст может отправляться напрямую в OpenAI или Anthropic. Эти сервисы, TelemetryDeck и Apple работают по собственным условиям. Аудио встречи не отправляется облачному ИИ.
4. Отправка и экспорт
Экспорт и отправка происходят по выбранному вами действию. После передачи данных другому приложению, человеку или сервису действуют правила получателя.
5. Хранение и удаление
Удалите встречу, чтобы стереть её сохранённые данные и аудио с устройства. Профиль Voice ID удаляется в Settings. Удаление Sayrecap стирает данные локального контейнера приложения. Приложение не задаёт сроки хранения у облачных обработчиков; применяются их условия. Для запроса о данных напишите на support@sayrecap.com.
6. Ваш выбор
Вы можете запретить или отозвать разрешения в настройках iOS, не использовать облачный ИИ, выбрать поддерживаемого ИИ-провайдера и удалить локальные данные.
7. Дети
Возрастной рейтинг Sayrecap — 4+. Приложение не предназначено для осознанного сбора данных детей сверх необходимого для вызванных пользователем функций. Родитель или опекун может обратиться к нам по поводу данных ребёнка.
8. Безопасность и изменения
Мы применяем разумные технические и организационные меры, но ни один способ хранения или передачи не даёт абсолютной защиты. При изменении продукта или требований закона политика может обновляться; актуальную версию определяет дата выше.
